Refund and Cancellation Policy for Gearbly

At Gearbly, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions. Because our services involve significant time and technical resources, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may request to cancel a project at any time. However, cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@gearbly.com.
- Project Staging: Once a project has moved into the “Development” or “Staging” phase, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of research, planning, and initial coding.
- Agency-Initiated Cancellation: Gearbly reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary information/assets within 30 days of the request. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refunds: A 100% refund of the advance payment is eligible only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the payment and work has not yet commenced.
- Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled after work has started but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Gearbly. This will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Completed projects that have been delivered or migrated to the client’s server.
- Domain registration and hosting setup fees (as these are third-party costs).
- Urgent or “Express” delivery surcharges.
3. Refund Process
- Method: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., your bank account via Payment Gateways).
- Timeline: Once a refund is initiated by Gearbly, it typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that any transaction fees or GST levied by the payment gateway at the time of payment are non-refundable.
